Counselling & Coaching Via Physical Activity and Movement
England & Wales only
After a set of 6 sessions, my aim is to have motivated my clients in order to enhance their own physical and mental wellbeing. Interventions include person-centered counselling (mostly Motivational Interviewing, Rollnick and Miller) and some CBT with an awareness of psychodynamic possibility.


These sessions, I believe, are particularly appropriate for anxiety, depression, low self-esteem and diabetes management. However, they apply to anyone who wants to become more active and consequently improve their mental wellbeing, especially after being isolated due to the Covid pandemic.
